  1. Joe and I first met when he was a young eager coworker in Security. He annoyed me at first because he asked so many questions that I didn’t have the answers to. He new where to find those answers and helped me many times. It was a privilege to know him and work with him. He had a droll sense of humor that could sneak up on you. My sincerest condolences to the family.

  2. joe i love you. im grateful for our time we shared. i miss you but you live on in everyone that knew you. travel well, brother.

  3. I was fortunate to work with Joe during his duties as a Security guard as well as a Business System Analyst at Mutual of Omaha. There were many times I got to call the Security Guard area and ask for assistance during the time I was in the Blair Facility. Joe, as well as other, was always there to help guide me on what to do or how to handle a situation. As he moved up and I also moved to a new role our paths were lucky to cross again and work on different small projects together. He will be truly missed and was such a great person to be around.

  5. I am greatful that I got to work with Joe. He was always available when I had questions and he usually had the answers. We had many laughs and fixed many problems by bouncing ideas off one another all while laughing and joking around. He will be missed..

  6. I first met Joe in Security as a guard, then had an opportunity to work with Joe when we built out the security office in Blair. I saw him learn and grow in his job, protecting the staff out in Blair and testing suspicious packages/mail, and did an outstanding job. Most recreantly we had a couple tours of Project Beacon where he had a lot of involvement in the security design. Joe was a polite and outstanding person loved Family a true gem that will be deeply missed. I will miss him deeply as a true friend and work partner, until me meet again Joe. God bless you.

  8. Joe was an amazing, caring and kind person. He was more than just my uncle as I looked up to him so much after my dad passed. When I was a kid I would spend any time I could at their house, every summer, every school break I had, and I was always welcomed. He never failed to make you laugh, even if you didn’t want to. He will forever live in my heart and some of my best memories. I know my dad greeted with open arms and they will always be watching over until i see you again, Love Breanne ❤️
